1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 9ab website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "9ab Platform" or "9ab"). By accessing the 9ab Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the 9ab Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 9ab Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 9ab, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. 9ab operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person, business entity, or as a proxy for any other individual.
• Your use of the 9ab Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or restriction in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for assessing and complying with local legal requirements before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of 9ab or any of its technology or payments partners in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 9ab or had an account suspended or closed by 9ab for a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 9ab Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Registration information you provide includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and preferred currency (PKR).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 9ab will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and 9ab will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 9ab immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. KYC and Identity Verification

9ab is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires the submission of:

• A clear photograph of the front and reverse of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• A selfie photograph for liveness verification where requested;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where requested.

KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by unusual account activity, large transactions, or for compliance purposes. 9ab reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed.

All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with the 9ab Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Deposits and Payments

9ab accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (Tether). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent source;
• You are the authorised account holder of the payment method used;
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

9ab does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. 9ab is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. 9ab processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes advertised on the platform, typically between 15 minutes and 4 hours for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and up to one business day for bank transfers.

9ab reserves the right to:

• Delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification;
• Conduct additional security or fraud checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds;
• Offset bonus-related wagering requirements against withdrawal requests where applicable.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Account section of the 9ab Platform. 9ab does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though USDT withdrawals may incur network gas fees payable by the player.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

9ab may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the 9ab promotions page at the time of offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 9ab promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms;
• 9ab reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• 9ab will void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus terms have been abused, including through the use of strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk hedging on baccarat or roulette).

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9ab Platform are subject to the sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 9ab does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except where market suspension or voiding occurs in accordance with platform rules.
• 9ab reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game configuration has occurred (e.g., a pricing error that is clearly different from the true market price).
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time. 9ab is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, the 9ab system records are considered final and authoritative. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (random number generator) software.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9ab Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to defraud 9ab or other players through any means, including the use of software, bots, artificial intelligence or scripted behaviour;
• Colluding with other players in table games or live casino rooms to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors without reporting them to 9ab — players who exploit known bugs will have their accounts suspended;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 9ab for money laundering purposes;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Providing false identity documents during KYC;
• Reselling, transferring or otherwise commercialising access to your 9ab account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9ab Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, user interface designs and data — is the property of 9ab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 9ab Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any 9ab content without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

9ab provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ab excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9ab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or events outside 9ab's reasonable control.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using 9ab, you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and that 9ab is not responsible for any financial consequences arising from your betting or gaming activity.

12. Responsible Gaming

9ab is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools accessible from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all 9ab services.

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to seek support from responsible gaming organisations. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9ab cooperates fully with any regulatory self-exclusion scheme operating in Pakistan. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts — any account found to be registered by a self-excluded player will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

9ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• Regulatory compliance requires account closure;
• The account holder has been identified as a vulnerable individual in the context of responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

14. Amendments to These Terms

9ab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the 9ab Platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which 9ab is licensed and registered. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9ab Platform, you agree to first contact 9ab's customer support team to seek informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings. 9ab commits to acknowledging dispute submissions within 72 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 days.
